Eggplant in tamarind fruit&Rice, hot pepper

Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables and here is my favorite dish!
Tir fried eggplant in red&green pepper, sweet onions ... and tamarind fruit.
This last one is sour but the onion is sweet enought to balance the taste.
Really yummmy. Pretty good with some white rice.
